Clear rules for cancellations, rescheduling and refunds, so you can book with confidence.
1. Overview
We want every client to know exactly what happens if plans change. This policy applies to all packages and engagements of Juergen Consulting LLC and is part of our Terms of Service. Specific terms in a written proposal take precedence for that engagement.
2. Strategy Session
- Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the session: you receive a full refund or a new date, as you prefer.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session or no-show: no refund. We offer one new date as a courtesy where possible.
- If we do not deliver the written summary within the stated time, you receive a full refund.
3. Diagnostic & Roadmap and Implementation Retainer
- Diagnostic & Roadmap, cancellation before the kick-off meeting: full refund of all amounts paid.
- Diagnostic & Roadmap, cancellation after the kick-off: we refund the amount paid minus the value of work already performed, calculated on a pro-rata basis using the timeline and deliverables in your proposal. You receive all work completed up to that point.
- Implementation Retainer, cancellation before the first month starts: full refund.
- Implementation Retainer, minimum term: 3 months. After the minimum term, you can cancel by email with 30 days' notice; no further monthly fees are charged after the notice period. Months already started are not refundable.
- Milestone payments already used for completed milestones are not refundable.
4. Custom Program
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the written proposal. If the proposal does not address them, section 3 applies.
5. If we cancel
If we have to cancel or cannot complete an engagement for reasons on our side, you receive a full refund of all amounts paid for work not yet delivered.
6. Quality guarantee
If a deliverable does not match the scope agreed in the proposal, please let us know within 14 days of delivery. We will revise it at no additional cost. If we cannot resolve the issue, we refund the portion of the fee attributable to that deliverable.
7. How to request a cancellation or refund
- Email contact@juergenconsultingllc.com with your name and invoice number.
- We confirm receipt within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to show the credit.
8. Recurring payments
We do not charge recurring or subscription fees unless you have agreed to them in writing. Any recurring arrangement can be cancelled by email with 30 days' notice after any minimum term agreed in writing (the Implementation Retainer has a 3-month minimum), and no further charges are made after the notice period.
9. Questions and disputes
If you are not satisfied or have a question about a charge, please contact us first. We respond within 2 business days and aim to resolve every issue within 10 business days.
